Thank you for your interest in Yanssie HK Limited and its affiliated companies ("we," "our," or "us") and in the various hardware, firmware, software, websites, applications, and services provided by us on which a link to this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") is displayed ("Products" or "Services" and, collectively, the "Keystone Products and Services").
This Policy describes:

By using Keystone Products and Services, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of Use for the Keystone Products and Services you use.
  • Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR without regard to conflict of law principles. If a lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted under this Policy, then you and Yanssie HK Limited agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Hong Kong SAR for the purpose of litigating any dispute.
You agree that any dispute you may have arising out of or related to your relationship with us must be filed within one year after such dispute arises; otherwise, your dispute is permanently barred.
  • Information We Collect
We may collect information about you directly from you, from third parties, and automatically through your use of Keystone Products and Services. Some information we collect from you is referred to as "personal information" or "personal data" in this Policy. Personal information or personal data is data that can identify you, or data that we can relate to you, such as your name, email address, credit card number, and shipping address.
Some services accessible through Keystone Products and Services are partly or fully provided by third parties who may process your information as set forth in their own privacy policies, contractual commitments we have with them, or applicable laws.

Cookies. We use cookies and other similar technologies, such as pixels, on the Site and online services. Cookies are used to collect information, including personal data, from you. Security and Bot-Prevention Tools. We use Cloudflare Turnstile, including Invisible mode, on certain website forms, such as newsletter subscription forms, to help distinguish human users from bots, prevent spam and automated abuse, and protect the security and integrity of the Site. When Cloudflare Turnstile is used, Cloudflare may process certain client-side signals, such as IP address, browser and device information, User-Agent Header, TLS Fingerprint, Sitekey, and associated origin, for bot detection and security purposes.
Because Invisible mode may run security checks in the background without displaying a visible widget or challenge, we reference Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum in this Policy. [2] Keystone Hardware Wallet (Including Keystone Tablet)
Keystone hardware wallets, including Keystone Tablet, are 100% offline products. That means that we cannot and do not collect any information from you through these offline products.
[3] Keystone Nexus (the "App")
When you use the App, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the App, and information necessary to help us provide and improve the Products and Services for you.
Device Information: operating system version, device model, device ID (pseudonymized), IP address, and Keystone hardware wallet firmware version.
App Information: App version, App crash and error information, page rendering time, and internet request time.
Wallet Information: UUID of the wallet, type of cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency addresses, txHEX, and transaction information including timestamp, sending address, receiving address, and the amount of the transaction.
Third-Party Links and APIs: Our Services may include links or API integrations to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not own or control, including decentralized protocols or aggregators offering asset swap functionalities. We are not responsible for the privacy, data security, or operational practices of these third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to your interactions with such third-party services or to any Personal Data you disclose to them. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any Personal Data.
IP Address Collection & Use: When you use the Swap feature, we automatically collect your device's IP address to help ensure security, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and optimize the performance of our services. This information is retained and processed only as necessary for these specific purposes. We comply with applicable legal obligations and implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. We do not share your IP address for marketing purposes or with unrelated third parties. Please note that, due to legal or regulatory requirements in certain countries or regions, some features may not be available. Transaction Fees: When you use the Swap feature within the App, a service fee may apply. This fee is either included in the quoted price or otherwise disclosed to you. The fee structure may vary depending on the assets being swapped, network conditions, and third-party liquidity providers. By using the Swap function, you acknowledge and agree to these potential fees.
Depending on applicable law, including the GDPR and CCPA, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we process about you, request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion of data no longer necessary for its original purpose, noting that blockchain records cannot be altered or removed, and, in certain circumstances, object to or restrict our processing of your data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we do not sell your personal data. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable regulations.
[4] Customer Support Information
We may collect additional information if you contact us for customer support.
Examples of Personal Information collected include: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and any information about quality issues of the Product and Services. Collected information may also include any photos or videos of how you use Keystone Products and Services, cryptocurrency addresses, transaction IDs, serial number, version number, and screenshots of Keystone Products and Services.
[5] AI Customer Assistant Information
We may provide an AI-powered customer assistant on the Site to help answer product questions, provide support guidance, and improve the customer support experience.
When you interact with the AI customer assistant, we may collect and retain the content of your conversation, including the messages you send, the responses generated by the assistant, timestamps, page or session information, and any contact, order, device, transaction, screenshot, or product-related information you choose to provide.
AI assistant conversations may be reviewed by our team or processed by our service providers to provide customer support, improve support quality, troubleshoot issues, detect abuse or misuse, and route unresolved requests to human support when necessary.
We do not use AI customer assistant conversations to train AI models.
Please do not share seed phrases, private keys, passwords, recovery phrases, or other sensitive wallet credentials with the AI customer assistant. Keystone will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
  • How We Use the Information
We use information we collect through the Products and Services in a variety of ways to provide our Products and Services and support our business operations. The use of information that we collect includes the following:
  • Load the Site accurately and perform analytics on the Site to optimize our Site.
  • Provide products or services to fulfill your orders, process your payment information, arrange for shipping, provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and provide information or advertising relating to our products or services based on preferences you have shared with us.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Operate and improve our AI-powered customer assistant and related support workflows.
  • Review, summarize, route, or escalate customer support conversations when necessary.
  • Fix bugs and improve the functionality of the Products and Services.
  • Investigate and prevent potential security issues, abuse, fraud, spam, automated signups, and breaches.
  • Protect website forms, subscription flows, and support channels from spam, bots, abuse, fraud, and other malicious activity.
  • Understand and evaluate the need for additional services and features.
  • Optimize marketing operations, such as highlighting and educating customers on the most used features.
  • Convey important information to customers, such as firmware updates, security warnings, and legal notices.
  • Honor our contractual commitments to selected partners and providers.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and regulatory requirements.
We may share the following information with:

  • Vendors and service providers,
  • AI customer assistant, automation, and customer support service providers,
  • Security, fraud-prevention, and bot-prevention service providers, including Cloudflare,

[2] Order Information
We use Shopify to power our online store. Our order information, including name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number, data retention aligns with Shopify's policy.
To prevent data breaches and ensure your shared data is protected from malicious hackers, we erase all order information of each customer who has not made an order within the last 180 days. For more information, please see our relevant public notices or contact us at support@keyst.one.
If you would like to override this time delay, please email us at support@keyst.one with your order number and your order email. Please also make a clear statement that you will have no dispute regarding the order.
[3] Keystone Nexus (the "App")
If you send one of your coin addresses to support@keyst.one and make a clear statement that you want to delete all your information stored in our server, we will erase the concerning wallet information or coin addresses for you. Please kindly note that after the erasure, you will no longer be able to use the Keystone companion app.
[4] Customer Support Information
We use Zendesk to power our ticketing system. We erase all customer support information within a ticket that has not been updated in the last 6 months (180 days).
If you would like to override this time delay, please send a clear email statement to support@keyst.one.
[5] AI Customer Assistant Information
We retain AI customer assistant conversations only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide customer support, improve support quality, troubleshoot issues, detect abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or security requirements.
We do not use AI customer assistant conversations to train AI models.
We erase AI customer assistant conversations that have not been updated in the last 6 months (180 days), unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.
If you would like to request deletion of your AI customer assistant conversation, please send a clear email statement to support@keyst.one.

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, port it to a new service, and ask for your personal information to be corrected, updated, or erased. If you would like to exercise these rights, please contact us at support@keyst.one.

Keystone Products and Services may contain features or links to websites and services provided by third parties. Any information you provide on third-party sites or services, or any information otherwise collected by such third-party sites or services, is collected directly by the operators of such services and is subject to those operators' policies, if any, governing privacy and security, even if accessed through Keystone Products and Services.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy, security practices, or policies of third-party sites or services to which links or access are provided through Keystone Products and Services. Please be sure to check the Privacy Policies of these sites as well as their Terms of Use before engaging in any business or uploading any information on third-party sites.
  • Data Security
We use certain physical, organizational, and technical safeguards that are designed to improve the integrity and security of information that we collect and maintain.
  • Children's Privacy
Keystone Products and Services are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18 without obtaining parental consent.
  • Changes and Updates to this Policy
We may occasionally update this Policy. If we do, we will make the update available on or through the Products and Services and indicate the date of the latest revision. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the change.
  • Do Not Track
Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to "Do Not Track" signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
  • Contact Information
Please contact us at support@keyst.one if you wish to access, correct, modify, or delete your personal information we have, object to its processing, exercise your right to portability, file a complaint, exercise any of the above-mentioned rights, or obtain more information about the use of your personal data.
  • Newsletter
By providing your email address, you consent to receiving Keystone newsletters, updates, and offers. Your email address will be available to the Keystone marketing team and its technical service providers, and it will be retained for 1 year from your subscription or last contact, whichever is later.
To protect our newsletter subscription forms from spam, automated signups, and abuse, we may use Cloudflare Turnstile, including Invisible mode. Cloudflare Turnstile may run security checks in your browser without displaying a visible challenge or widget. These checks may involve the processing of certain client-side signals by Cloudflare for bot detection and security purposes.
